Project Managers are selected to lead a project, and interview and hire their team of 4-5 consultants. Project Managers manage their team throughout the semester to successfully meet project timelines and client expectations. VISION provides Project Managers with professional development training and networking opportunities throughout the project duration. Project Managers are assigned a Managing Director and Rochester Professional Consultants Network (RPCN) Mentor for additional guidance should any questions/concerns arise. Project Managers receive a formal certificate from Simon Business School after the successful completion of the project.

Consultants apply to join a respective Project Manager’s team. Under the direction of the Project Manager, they conduct the necessary research, analysis, and execution to meet the goals of the selected project. VISION provides Consultants with professional development training and networking opportunities throughout the project duration. Project Managers receive a formal certificate from Simon Business School after the successful completion of the project.
